By accessing and using Apex Creators Network, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your profile
• Maintain the follower count and engagement metrics stated in your profile
• Deliver content according to campaign briefs and deadlines
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent your metrics

3. Campaign Agreements

When you apply to a campaign:

• You enter into a binding agreement with the brand
• You must deliver content as specified in the campaign brief
• Payment is contingent on successful completion and approval
• You grant brands the rights to use your content as agreed

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed as follows:

• Within 7-14 business days after campaign completion
• Only after brand approval of deliverables
• To the payment method specified in your account
• Subject to applicable taxes and deductions

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content, but grant Apex Creators Network and participating brands a license to use, display, and promote your content as necessary for campaign execution and platform operations.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Fail to deliver on campaign commitments
• Misrepresent metrics or engagement data

7. Limitation of Liability

Apex Creators Network is not liable for disputes between creators and brands, payment delays beyond our control, or any indirect damages arising from platform use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
